Matua Kim Workman speaks on 'The Impact of Race Relations on Criminal Justice'

During his lecture, Dr Kim Workman explores what a new justice system built on the principles of restorative justice might look like, and how it would better serve Māori. 

The speech was broadcast on National Radio at 6.00pm on Waitangi Day, as part of the Waitangi Rua Rautau Lectures.
